Day 3!!

It's Wednesday and that means the week is almost half over! :) It's crazy to think that I've been gone from Texas for 48 hours, but I have been! It's been a great experience so far---God has definitely blessed my time here already. The other summer missionaries are amazing and I've made so many neat friends! There are several that are also serving in the Fresno area so hopefully we'll get to hang out sometime this summer.

Jenness Park (the Christian Camp where we are at this week for Orientation) is absolutely amazing! It's about 50 degrees right now and the sun is shining! So great! Yesterday it was cold and rainy all day, but still amazing! :) We're in a little vally amongst the mountains and there's no cell phone reception and we're about 30 minutes from civilization. I climbed a mountain with some friends yesterday to see if they could get cell phone reception and it was absolutely gorgeous! I'm so glad that I'll get to come back here at the end of July for camp with junior high and high school kids! :) It's gonna be GREAT!



Needless to say, God is amazing and I'm so glad that I am here. I'm really anxious for Friday to get here so I can go home to Clovis, where I'll be all summer. :) I'm excited to see what God is going to do in my life and my prayer is that I will come home a very different person than I left. Love you guys and miss you alot!!!
